FOUNDATIONS FOR LOCAL BUSINESS
We build your website, help you get more Google reviews, and text back when you miss a call. And we make sure AI assistants like ChatGPT can find you too.
Most local businesses are already being found by more people than they realize. We build the foundations that turn those people into customers.
THIS WEEK
Every week, people who need exactly what you do end up somewhere else. Here's where it happens.
01 / ON GOOGLE
Her water heater is leaking, so she searches for a plumber nearby. Three businesses come up. The first has 214 reviews. The second has 180. You have 11. She doesn't read them — she taps the first one, because more reviews feels safer when you're letting a stranger into your house. You were right there on her screen, and she kept scrolling.
02 / ON THE PHONE
A new patient calls your dental office at 11:40 on a Tuesday. The front desk is checking someone in and the other line is already ringing. Nobody picks up. She doesn't leave a voicemail, because almost nobody does anymore. She calls the next office and they answer. That was a patient worth thousands over the next few years, and it came down to ninety seconds.
03 / ON YOUR WEBSITE
Someone visits your site to figure out whether you're the right fit. It loads slowly on their phone and they're pinching and scrolling to read anything. Your number is at the bottom. There are no photos of your actual place, your actual team, or your actual work. They can't tell whether you're the business down the street or a national outfit. They head back to the search results.
04 / IN CHATGPT
Instead of searching, he just asks: “Find me a good roofer in Melbourne.” He gets three names back, along with what they specialize in and what people say about them. He picks one and calls. Your name never came up, because the assistant couldn't read your site well enough to recommend you.
Here's the part that's easy to miss: nobody calls to say they picked someone else. So from where you're standing, it just looks like a normal month.
If ten people find you and one reaches out, bringing twenty more people to your door mostly means more of them leave.
So we start with what happens when someone finds you. Get that right, and every customer after that is worth more — whether they came from an ad, a search, a neighbor's recommendation, or an AI assistant. That's the foundation. Everything else gets built on top of it.
FREE · TAKES ABOUT A MINUTE
Enter your website address and we'll show you how well AI assistants can actually read it. You'll get a plain-English report with a score and a list of what's missing.
No email required to see your score.
We build the foundations in the order a customer actually moves — so the people already looking for you end up in a conversation instead of on someone else's screen.
So more people choose you on Google.
You do good work, and your customers would happily leave you a review if they remembered. Most of them don't — so we ask for you. After the job, the appointment, or the closing, your customer gets a text with one button. Happy customers land on your Google profile. Anyone with a concern reaches you first, so you get the chance to make it right.
What changes: more reviews, better ratings, and a profile people stop on instead of scroll past.
So the people who visit actually reach out.
Your website has one job: make it easy to trust you and easy to contact you. Your phone number and a contact button right at the top. Fast on a phone, because that's where nearly everyone will see it. Real photos of your team, your space, your work. Your best reviews where people can see them. And a text option for the people who'd rather text than call.
What changes: the same visitors you're already getting start turning into conversations.
So the calls you can't take still turn into customers.
You're going to miss calls — you're with a customer, on a job, or in an appointment. That's normal. The moment a call goes unanswered, they get a text: “Sorry we missed you — what can we help you with?” They text back, and you answer when you have a free minute. Works evenings, weekends, and while you're already on another line.
What changes: a missed call turns into a text thread instead of a customer who moves on.
So assistants like ChatGPT and Claude can find you and recommend you.
More people are skipping the search results entirely and just asking an assistant who to call. When they do, the assistant reads websites to decide who to name — and most local business sites aren't built for that, so they get left out of the answer without anyone knowing. Every site we build is made to be read by assistants as well as people, and we scan it against the emerging standards for AI access.
What changes: when someone asks an assistant for a recommendation in your area, you're in the running.
Already have a site? Scan it free and see where you stand.
You don't need more attention. You need the attention you already have to land.
Four foundations, built in ten days, running on their own after that.

It's a sales call and we won't pretend otherwise. We'll pull up your Google profile, your website, and your agent-readiness score while you're on the phone and walk you through what we'd change.
You fill out one form with your business details. That's your part. We handle the rest.
We show you how everything works. Honestly, it comes down to two buttons.

Once the foundations are in, the next step is putting them to work. We're building AI agents that handle the marketing most local businesses never get around to.

PRICING
Worth comparing against the alternatives: paying $50 a lead for people who never answer, paying $1,500 a month for a report nobody opens, or staying put and never finding out what the difference would have been.
If one extra customer a month covers it, the math is pretty simple.

I already have a website.
Most businesses do. The real question is whether it's making it easy for people to contact you, and whether AI assistants can read it. Run the free scan and we'll give you a straight answer.
Is the AI thing real, or is it hype?
Both, honestly. Plenty of people still search the normal way and will for a long time. But the number asking an assistant instead keeps climbing, and getting your site ready costs you nothing extra when we build it. It's cheap insurance on something that's clearly moving.
Word of mouth is working fine.
That's great, and it should keep working. Just remember that word of mouth sends people to Google to check you out before they call. What they find there is what decides it.
I've had a bad experience with an agency.
So had most of our clients before they came to us. That's a big part of why there's no contract. If we're not earning it, you're free to go.
Will you bother my customers?
No. One text after the visit, and one reminder if they don't respond. Then we stop.
How long until I see something?
Text-backs work the day we turn them on. Reviews build over a few weeks. Google rankings take longer than that. Anyone promising faster isn't being straight with you.
Do you run ads?
Not yet, and not until the foundation is in place. Ads work much better once the website, the reviews, and the follow-up are already doing their job.
Give us twenty minutes. We'll look at your business while you're on the phone and show you exactly where the opportunities are. No pitch deck.
